We look for products with a well-defined DFM, including instructions for assembly that are established (past NPD/Prototype), and ready for first-run mass production.  We work with your staff to understand how your product goes together and use that information to train our teams.

We collaborate with you to optimize your component supply chain, and establish proper amounts of inventory to get started.  We identify minimum/maximum inventory levels, and manage those targets, as demand for your products changes.
