Product Assembly and Test

We look for products with a well-defined DFM, including instructions for assembly that are established (past NPD/Prototype), and ready for first-run mass production.  We work with your staff to understand how your product goes together and use that information to train our teams.

Our focus is on electronic products that usually have a market value of over $50, with circuitry, electronics at the component level, Intellectual Property in the form of software/hardware elements, and outer cases/boxes/shells. We can handle any size product;  we can easily handle products weighing several hundred pounds, such as a fully loaded network server rack.

No.  We do electronics assembly where the PCB is often one of the components.  We don't build wire harnesses, but we frequently work with them as one of the components.  If you need assistance in building these subcomponents or other parts, we can identify subcomponent manufacturers as needed.
