  • Territory Sales Manager - Knurr

    We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and sell into the untapped Knurr market for custom mobile carts and racks and enclosures in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is ideal for a self-driven, results-focused sales professional who is skilled at developing a new greenfield market.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify market opportunities and sell new business through networking and prospecting.
    • Articulate Knurr’s value message and differentiation.
    • Discover prospect’s requirements and translate them into a custom solution.
    • Full sales cycle responsibility including targeting, opportunity identification, qualification, solution development, proposal, negotiate, closing, post-sales follow up and continued customer growth.
    • Meet and exceed sales metrics.
    • Develop and implement territory sales plan and forecast.
    • Capture and leverage competitive information and industry information.
    • Effectively collaborate with all functions across Knurr.

     

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Results focused with a track record of sales success.
    • BS/BA with 7+ years of sales experience.
    • Experience selling custom electronics racks and enclosures and/or mobile carts.
    • Able to leverage your existing network of contacts in the following verticals:  medical, test & measurement, electronics, defense/aerospace, automotive, utilities and education.
    • Independent self-starter with the knowledge, competencies and ability to rapidly penetrate and develop a new market.
    • Well organized and articulate.
